Policy on Discussions and Corrections

MINOR CORRECTIONS:  

If the author of the article detects any typographical, grammatical errors or minor omissions in their published article, they may request correction from the editorial team at the email investiga_derecho@usmp.pe    

The correction will be made by updating the version of the article on the online platform, without the need to publish an erratum.  

MAJOR CORRECTIONS:  

If the author of the article detects any serious errors or methodological problems, they may request correction from the editorial team at the email investiga_derecho@usmp.pe    

The correction will be made by updating the version of the article on the online platform and additionally announced under the title Erratum in the Notices section of the journal's website.  

DISCUSSIONS, COMMENTS, AND CLARIFICATIONS:  

Readers may send discussions, comments, or request clarifications about a published article through the email investiga_derecho@usmp.pe    

The authors of the commented or questioned article will have the option to respond to these comments and discussions by sending their response through the same email investiga_derecho@usmp.pe    

Comments, discussions, and clarifications will be carefully evaluated and, if relevant, published in the Notices section of the journal's website.  

RETRACTIONS:  

In cases of fraud, plagiarism, or any very serious error, a retraction of a published article may be requested by explaining in detail the reason for such circumstance, by sending the request to the email investiga_derecho@usmp.pe     

The editorial team will carefully review the retraction request and make a decision. The retraction will be published in the Notices section of the journal's website; the title of the article will be preceded by Retracted Article; a retraction statement signed by the publication editor will be added in front of the published version of the article.
