Author Guidelines

The Vox Juris journal accepts articles in both Spanish and English.

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ARTICLE

Please read the information for authors. Ensure that your article fits within our parameters of form and content, and it is also suggested to review the editorial policies of the journal.

Your manuscript will undergo plagiarism detection using Turnitin software; the sources consulted in your text should not exceed 10% similarity.

We appreciate your interest in the Vox Juris journal.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  • The submission has not been previously published nor is under consideration by any other journal (or an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format.
  • Whenever possible, URLs are provided for references.
  • The text is single-spaced; font size is 12 points; italics are used instead of underlining (except for URLs); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the appropriate places in the text, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, available in the About the Journal section.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, follow the instructions in Ensuring Anonymous Review.
