THE CONCEPTS OF FREEDOM AN ORDER IN THE ORIGINS OF PERUVIAN CONSTITUTIONALISM
Abstract
The article addresses the relationship between the concepts of freedom and order at the beginning of the Peruvian constitutional experience, based on the recognition of a liberal canon that made its way into the field of ideas during the independence process, marked by the external influence and the gestation of his own thought, and in this way he questions the visions that absolutize the lack of originality of the ideas at the dawn of the republic. The text reflects on the specificities of the game between political and constitutional processes and the interaction of languages and symbols, noting the decisive result of this process that gave way to a textual liberalism that generally differed from political culture.
