The egg is fertilized by a sperm cell and human, with an act of being, with a body and a souland therefore its first human desire is the right to live The advancement of medical and biological science, incorporates new factual situations that the law can not fail to understand as is the case with the consequences of the application of technical standards and assisted human reproduction techniques specifically in vitro fertilization which the procedure uses sperm and eggs needed to produce just one live embryo but several embryos be frozen without knowing what their fate generating the question, what happens to those human beings frozen in the lab? This problem requires urgent and appropriate legislation.Downloads
