Abstract

The Convention on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the United Nations United in 1989, is an international instrument that recognizes children and adolescents a range of civil, cultural, economic, political and social as summarized in four fundamental principles, one of which is the “best interests of the child” picked up by our code of children and adolescents in its preliminary title advocated that all actions concerning children undertaken by public or private social welfare institutions, courts, administrative authorities and legislative bodies should take into account this principle. In this sense corresponds to the administration of justice in general and specialized.
