STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE
To promote and disseminate cutting-edge research in the legal field and related disciplines, aimed at the scientific, academic, university, and institutional communities, both nationally and internationally. We are committed to being a vehicle for knowledge exchange, promoting dialogue among experts, and contributing to the advancement of research in legal sciences. We aspire to be a key reference, facilitating connection and interaction among various academic communities.
STATEMENT OF PUBLISHABLE WORKS
Submissions may include scientific articles and final reports of theoretical or field research, related to the scientific, academic, and professional field of Law and related disciplines; original articles; review articles; opinion articles; case analysis articles; historical articles in Law and other scientific areas of the journal; and profiles of jurists or social scientists. Submissions must be original and unpublished and may not be simultaneously submitted for publication in other journals. The journal does not accept multiple submissions or redundant publications.
To be publishable, works must adhere to the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA), in its latest edition, both in format and content. Submissions must be written in Spanish, in Times New Roman font, size 12, single-spaced, and with 25 mm margins. The journal's policy is to prioritize the publication of articles according to topics of interest.
