THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WITHIN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to provide the reader with a reflection on the impact of artificial intelligence within public administration and the relationship it maintains with administrative law. Likewise, in understanding the need of the human being to form in society for the creation of a state apparatus that contains an organic and dogmatic structure with the purpose of meeting essential needs of the human being and in achieving values and programmatic goals to achieve the common good. In addition, to analyze the concept of public interest that has been collected by the Peruvian Constitutional Court, in order to cover it within an elementary sphere within administrative law and finally, to deliberate on the possibility of modifying the concept of administrative act to consequence of new technologies resulting from artificial intelligence.
