Abstract

The main objective of this research is the contractual comparison in the world and the impact of different types of contractual solutions possibly applied in Peru. Contracts must be dynamic and guaranteeing, therefore, smart contracts are considered a realistic and fruitful means for the parties, without prejudice to what is not permissible and variable, reducing abuses due to asymmetry of information, non-compliance or unjustified disinterest to long term.
