Abstract
Child trafficking is a serious and global problem affecting children worldwide. It involves the commercial, sexual, or labor exploitation of minors, violating their fundamental rights. State action is crucial to address the various causes of child trafficking, protect children's rights, prevent their suffering, ensure justice, develop effective policies, and contribute to a fairer and safer society. This work aims to establish the reasons behind the high rates of child trafficking, considering various factors contributing to the exposure of more minors without protection from parents or the state.
