Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of Public Administration in Peru, focusing on the technique of administrative silence as a tool to ensure compliance with the duties of the Administration. Problems such as lack of adequate training for officials, bureaucratic culture, and situations prone to corruption are identified. An investigation into administrative silence is proposed, addressing its regulation, scope of application, and potential reforms to Peruvian legislation.
