Abstract

We understand parallel trials to be the opinions or information disseminated by the media regarding a specific case. The ideal in a judicial process is that the information provided by the media is reliable and loyal to the real story, and thus guarantee free information. However, in various cases the media broadcast distorted and distorted information, which leads to conditioning the opinions of society and calling into question the credibility of judicial Independence; on the other hand, it is necessary to mention that these cases lead to judgments being generated about the media person in the case, damaging their reputation and putting their dignity on trial.
