Abstract
When we analyze the problems of Justice, often we referred to multiple factors influencing such a complex and grim picture as a lack of independence, corruption, uncertainty and absence of predictability, poor infrastructure, overload procedural, lack of budget, among others. This list is similar in all Latin American countries, and our country is not stranger at it. The idea of this paper is to reflect on the problem of information asymmetry in the relationship between lawyers and clients and how it affects the level of existing litigation, with particular reference to the Peruvian case.
