Abstract
This article contains an analysis and reflection on a fundamental right: property. Sometimes it may be customary not to contain property as a fundamental right since these are usually associated with those that are referred to life or the human being itself. However, through an unusual event such as that of Máxima Acuña, we will focus on the concept of property and will approach a reality that is shared by many people, mostly humble, and whose associated protagonists are influential mining companies or an silent State.
