In the present work the scope of protection of the Habeas Data process is developed, analyzing Controversial features of access to information and Informational self-determination. The classification tested by the Court Constitutional Court and procedural particularities are analyzed as the prerequisite of Demand, early execution or the grounds of inadmissibility applicable. The analysis of Practical aspects of many of these aspects and supports the findings.
