Abstract

This article deals with regard to the Arbitration Agreement under the new Arbitration Act - Legislative Decree 1071, the way must be held, the four ways you can adopt the arbitration agreement as well as the novel regulation regarding the effects of the arbitration agreement is may extend to non-signatories.
