Normas Editoriales
- ORIGINAL CONTENT
Articles and legal research submitted to the *Sapere* Journal must be unpublished. Exceptionally, previously disseminated works may be considered, provided they have been substantially updated by at least 40% compared to previous versions, ensuring a significant transformation in content. Additionally, the author must declare whether the article has been previously published.
- RESEARCH TOPICS
Submissions should focus on a specific issue, whether derived from the application or consequences of a legal norm, legislative gaps or ambiguities of practical relevance, or the analysis of cases resolved by judicial or administrative bodies.
- RELEVANCE AND TIMELINESS
Topics should provide innovative elements or be linked to specific current events. Additionally, a practical and operational approach should be prioritized, aiming to be useful in professional practice.
- TITLE AND SUBTITLE
Titles should be brief, direct, and engaging. They may be formulated as affirmations or negations regarding the central topic or anticipate the main conclusion of the analysis. A complementary subtitle may be used. Moreover, expressions that undermine the seriousness of the content should be avoided; however, the journal, in coordination with the author, may adjust or refine the title and subtitle to maximize their impact.
- ETHICAL GUIDELINES
The content must not include derogatory, pejorative, or offensive expressions towards individuals or institutions. Furthermore, ideological or political statements that may introduce biases into the research subject should be avoided.
- AUTHORSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
The author must ensure the originality and full ownership of their work and is responsible for any situation arising from plagiarism detection or the use of citations and references without proper attribution. Additionally, the use of generative Artificial Intelligence is strongly discouraged, with a permissible detection threshold of 10%. Any material identified as AI-generated will be removed following prior communication with the author.

When submitting a manuscript, the author must indicate whether it is an individual work or has been developed in co-authorship or collaboration. In this regard, only the following information will be included:
